What a Long Strange Night it Was… at Dead Floyd!
Friday night, it felt like we back in “Time” as the Grateful Dead/Pink Floyd cover band, Dead Floyd, graced the Mish stage.
Loyal Mish patrons of all ages traveled up the “Golden Road” for some nostalgia through music.
Through sunshine and rain, “The Music Never Stopped” as The Doors Jam got the crowd ready with some more covers of classics. The front man entranced the crowd with a raspy storytelling voice that brought out lots of cheers and laughs.
As Dead Floyd prepared to get on stage, the crowd kept their energy up, no doubt with help from a disco ball that lit up the night sky and brought “Fire on the Mountain.”
With an electric mix of guitar, keys, and especially the saxophone, Dead Floyd gave an amazing performance that you wouldn’t want to miss. And if you did, “We Wish You Were Here!”
