Mishawaka Shuttle Information

The Mishawaka is a Shuttle To Venue, and we ask that ALL CONCERT PATRONS PLEASE RIDE THE SHUTTLE.

Being on the Poudre River, we shuttle most of our patrons to and from the Mishawaka.

Extremely limited parking is available for all restaurant patrons, as well as limited reservations for concerts.

Once parking sells out for an event, there will be NO WAY for you to park on-site at a concert.

Our shuttle service is provided to offer a stress-free, green way to safely get to AND from the Mish during concerts. 
Please take care to double-check the correct date for your show when booking your shuttle reservation.

Shuttles are owned and operated by Wide Open Adventure, LLC.

Shuttle Prices:

Note: If a specific shuttle time is NOT available for purchase, that shuttle time is SOLD OUT. Check back later as we will most likely add more!

Parking is free at the University Tennis Complex at CSU after 4PM. Please don’t purchase a parking pass if you intend to take the shuttle!

All shuttle passes are round-trip, all you need is one shuttle pass per person to get to and from the Mishawaka.

Secondary location: Downtown Transit Center in Old Town Fort Collins.
This location will ONLY be used when we are prohibited from using the University Tennis Complex shuttle location.
Please keep a close eye on your email as we will inform all ticket buyers about shuttle location changes.

University Tennis Complex CSU is located on the south side of the Colorado State University campus. Driving on College Ave, turn west onto Drake. Then, you will turn right (North) on Research. After turning onto Research, take your second right (East) into the parking complex. You will see a green CSU branded sign reading “University Tennis Complex.” Park in the North lot. Parking here is free after 4 pm on weekdays and free all day on weekends and holidays. Pickups for any 8 pm show are at: 5:15 | 6:15 | 7:15.

 There is no smoking or drinking allowed at the shuttle stop.

If you would like a guaranteed ticket, please reserve a seat online 26 hours in advance of the show.

Shuttle Time Changes:
    If you would like to change your shuttle time, we will be happy to do this as long as we can accommodate your group at the new requested time. Please email transpo@themishawaka.com.
Please note, Wide Open Adventures may be unable to assist with requests for changes or edits, to any shuttle or parking reservation within 24 hrs. of your departure time.
 
Shuttle Pass Transfers:    
    If you would like to transfer your pass to another patron, you have up to 24 hours prior to the date of the show to do so.
We will need the full name and email of the person that you are transferring your parking/shuttle pass(es) to.
These requests will need to be emailed to transpo@themishawaka.com. Any transfer requests inside 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation and be nonrefundable.
 
If you are arriving late to your shuttle time:
    If you are going to arrive late for your shuttle please reach out to our phone via text or call (970) 481-9466.
If you do miss your reservation time we will try to get you on the next bus after we load everyone that has a reservation at that time.
 
Cancellation Policy for Shuttle Service:
    You have up to 48 hours prior to the date of your shuttle/parking pass to cancel your reservation and you will receive a refund minus 7% processing fee. Any cancellation for whatever reason inside of 48 hours prior to the date for your shuttle/parking pass is nonrefundable. Please email all of your requests to transpo@themishawaka.com.
