Interested in working at the iconic Mishawaka Amphitheatre!? Join our amazing team! We are looking for music loving, hard working staff for the back of house, front of house and venue. Back of house positions include line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. Front of house staff act as servers and hosts. Venue staff play a crucial role at our concerts by working at the shuttle stop, helping with onsite parking, box office, merch and customer relations. Most positions are part-time and run from May thru October but occasionally we have full-time year-round positions available. Must be flexible, be able to work nights and weekends, have reliable transportation and be able to attend our new hire orientation in April. Front of house positions are paid $12.14/hour plus tips. Back of house pay rates are based on experience but starting rates can range from $16.50 - $19.00/hour. Line cooks and dishwashers also receive a 4% revenue share. Venue staff starting pay rate is $15.50/hour. Payday is every Friday! Benefits include concert and shuttle tickets, paid training and discounts on food, beverages and merch!
