Wheelchair Accessible Seating

The Mishawaka has reserved wheelchair-accessible seating located along the highest level of the venue. A general admission ticket is required to reserve space in this section. Upon purchase, please email boxoffice@themishawaka.com to reserve space. Each ADA seating request will be given one additional companion seat. View venue map to see section – [NEED PHOTO]

Limited Mobility Seating

If you don’t require a wheelchair but require accessible seats, please email Boxoffice@themishawaka.com for assistance.

Deaf or Hard of Hearing

To request an ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter, please email Boxoffice@themishawaka.com no later than two weeks before your event. 

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking can be reserved by contacting transpo@themishawaka.com. The same standard parking rates for parking spaces also apply to all accessible parking spaces. 

Restrooms, Merchandise, Concessions

Accessible restrooms are located in our main restroom area to the left of the main entrance, on the same level as our accessible seating section. Merchandise is also located to the left of the main entrance on that same level. Guests can contact servers to request food and beverage – Servers routinely check in to serve our accessible seating area.

Additional Assistance

If you require additional assistance during the concert, our venue staff (orange shirts) and security (black polos) staff are happy to assist you. You will find staff located at the main entrance/front gate located less than 20 yards from the accessible seating section.
